What Parch Is
Parch Investments Ltd is a deliberately small, considered consultancy. We prefer depth over noise, written work over talking points, and genuine engagement over the appearance of it. We are a holding company with several arms — a consultancy practice, AI-built ventures including Nyumba360 and MarkMate Africa, and a writing practice in the Notes. Each arm exists to do one thing well: help people and organisations move forward with clarity. We do not scale through volume. We grow through the quality of the work and the usefulness of the documents we leave behind.
Why This Work
This practice exists because of a conviction: that most stalled lives and failed ventures suffer from a shortage of clarity rather than a shortage of ability. People are not stuck because they are not smart enough, not motivated enough, or not working hard enough. They are stuck because no one has helped them name where they are, define where they're going, and build a path between the two that actually fits their circumstances. That is the problem Parch was built to solve. Not inspiration. Not motivation. Direction — specific, written, yours to keep.
What You Can Expect
Working with Parch is calm. There is no urgency theatre, no sales pressure, no manufactured excitement. We take your situation seriously and respond to it seriously. You will receive a written strategy document you can return to — not a set of slides, not a list of motivational prompts. Something specific to you, built from what you told us, designed to hold up in twelve months' time. We are based in Nairobi and work with clients in person and by video call.
